Shannon was a fantastic mentor during my senior year of undergraduate school and into my graduate school of Occupational Therapy at Tufts. She has wisdom to impact on young students, and helped me navigate my transition to the working world. At the time, I felt like I needed someone to help organize a path for my career goals. Shannon not only actively listened, but she appreciated my past and current experiences. Shannon pointed me in the direction of a local startup with a mission that I love and connected with instantly. I interviewed directly with the founder of the company and was offered a job. The fact that the founder and I clicked on multiple levels and that the company is something I can connect with and care about, shows that Shannon is good at analyzing the person-to-career fit, and in taking time to make thoughtful recommendations.
