Career Fellow Program

Career Fellows are highly motivated, career-driven students who have been trained to support their peers through the career planning process. They are professionally-trained undergraduate students who participate in individual peer advising, campus outreach, and event programming and marketing.

#Adulting Conference

A professional development 7-part workshop series to support students in preparing for life after college. Some of the workshop topics have included Managing Your Personal Finances, Negotiation, Identity in the Workplace, Self-Care, and Mindfulness: How self-reflection and meditation can help reduce stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Designing Your Tufts: Get Career Ready Through Design Thinking

A class designed to teach students, early in their college career, to apply strategies grounded in design thinking to explore college and life experiences that are more meaningful, AND build the core competencies and career readiness that employers value today. 

Latino Leadership Initiative

A week-long program hosted at the Center of Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School developed to help prepare the rising generation of Latino leaders for the opportunities and challenges they will face in the coming decades. The program included classes on negotiation, organizing, public narrative, emotional intelligence and public speaking.
