Having coached thousands of individuals during my time in the career coaching space, especially a VERY high number of individuals getting ready to launch their career, I find several common denominators but the one that always seems front and center is this constant seeking for one particular career–that perfect job– and the planning to be “x” and then when that doesn’t happen it’s the end of the world.
